This little sweetheart deserves a loving home where he can be pampered.  Barney has spent at least 9 years in a puppymill , but in spite of mistreatment and lack of love he is affectionate, and wants to please everyone. All his vetting is completed and this senior gentleman is ready to start a life where he receives attention he’s never known.   He will need some eye treatments and some continued medication to help with nutritional needs.
